In the large sitting room there is a big sofabed, providing another double bed suitable for an extra adult or two children.
The kitchen is down one side of the sitting room and is very well-equipped with new hob, oven, dishwasher, big fridge-freezer, washing machine and separate tumble dryer.
Outside there is a paved garden terrace with lovely views and plenty of space for 4 sunbeds. Just around the corner of the apartment there is another paved area for the dining table to be located in the shade. The terraces have a pergola with bougainvillea at one end for shade, and lots of pretty pots spilling with pelargoniums.
The apartment has its own private entrance and because it is on a different level with a different aspect it is completely separate from the main villa.
Please note: guests who take the apartment separately from the main villa have their own private terrace with sunbeds and eating area, but do not have access to the pool.
